The owner of the Website is based in Mexico. We make no claims that the Website or any of its content is accessible or appropriate outside of Mexico. Access to the Website may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Website from outside Mexico, you do so on your initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

1.2 SHIPPING

We work with different carriers such as  USPS, UPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL to give our customers the best possible shipping experience.

Shipping rates are calculated by different carriers and displayed during order checkout. These rates are determined by the order fulfillment location, shipping destination, shipping method, and carrier pricing.

CONIBLAU’s Supplement & Cosmetic product lines are manufactured in the EU and the US and are available to customers worldwide.

SHIPPING PACKAGING:

In order to reduce the shipping cost, CONIBLAU orders are shipped using bubble mailers. Bubble mailers are thin, padded envelopes that offer excellent protection for your item without the bulk and higher shipping costs of a box. 

US DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

For US-based orders, CONIBLAU ships orders through USPS.

1.3 INTERNATIONAL IMPORT TAXES AND DUTY FEES

Countries outside the USA are subject to customs and import fees and thresholds. For this reason, our products are bound to be taxed according to each country’s specifications.

For this reason, we are here presenting our rules, in addition to those of our Website, that regulate communication via social networks:

b. The language to be used in networks must be correct, constructive, and respectful.

Therefore, these should not be used for other purposes such as claims, exercising ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition), or submitting complaints. No particular issues or controversies are resolved on social media channels.

e. CONIBLAU is responsible only for what it publishes on social media, in no case third-party publications are its responsibility.

f. The comments and documentation provided by the user in the CONIBLAU social media channels can be used by CONIBLAU. The user will be informed as it will be marked as a favorite or through the form that each network establishes. At any time they can exercise their rights by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. The use of these contributions will not generate any pecuniary or material consideration.

g. The user can only share the contents of the website through social media by respecting the Copyright Policy in accordance with the provisions of these Terms of Use.

9. RETURNS & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

• For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
• Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and are either replaced or fully refunded.

If you notice an issue with our products or anything in your order that seems to be out of place, contact our customer support team and send a photograph along with a brief explanation of the problem. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will review the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of a replacement/refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your claim gets approved, and you require a replacement, we will have a new order shipped to you within 3 business days. In case you request a refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few work days.

9.1 EXEMPTIONS

CONIBLAU will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a produced product in case of:

• Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
• Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you (if and as applicable).

9.3 SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

9.4 EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and consult the address where the product should be sent, as stated below.

9.5 SHIPPING RETURNS

As our products are manufactured in different parts of the world, it is important to identify the right return address. To return your product, you should inquire about the exact manufacturing address before mailing your product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

10. DURATION AND TERMINATION OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS

The availability of the services and/or contents of the Website has an indefinite duration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CONIBLAU can, at any time, without prior notice, unilaterally terminate, suspend or interrupt, the availability of the web service (totally or partially) and/or any of the services, without prejudice to what has been arranged in this respect, in the corresponding particular conditions.

Please note that the data that we obtain through the CONIBLAU website will be transferred, processed, and inside the United States and in Mexico, specifically in our central office in Mexico City, Mexico. We care about the privacy of our users and therefore we take action to safeguard your information. For European customers, we also implement the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for sharing information among our group companies. In this manner, our company has implemented all the data protection standards required by the European Union that you can consult on our Privacy Policy.

12. APPLICABLE AND GOVERNING LAW

The Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico and remain, for all purposes, subject to Mexican Courts.

CONIBLAU, the visitors of this Website, and any other person using any service provided in it, expressly disclaims any other jurisdiction that may correspond, without prejudice to the competence resulting from the Ministry of the law and the Courts and Tribunals of Mexico City are authorized for the resolution of any question that may arise as a result of the interpretation, application, and fulfillment of these conditions, as well as the claims that may arise from its use.
